weak conditioning limited variety
The hotel present itself modern, i found that not everything worked as it should. the air conditioning in my double or twin room was quite weak. I struggled to keep a comfortable temperature during the day. also, the breakfast buffet was expensive, especially considering the limited variety compared to other hotels i have visited. i paid more than expected but got less than i hoped for. the fitness center also was smaller then expected.

The parking fee was unexpectedly expensive, costing a significant amount per day. Breakfast was also overpriced. The wellness area had limited facilities. The value did not align with the costs incurred.

pleasant stay
quality room immaculate pool helpful team
The family room was superb. It felt quality as soon as i walked in. the pool area was immaculate. the reception team were super helpful. They were informative and really helped to.
The hotel is up a no entry street.

the gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the hotel features a rooftop bar with seating for approximately 50 guests. a swimming pool area offering about 20 loungers. the breakfast buffet includes an omelette station.

amazing view helpful staff hotel design
i found the rooftop bar and pool provided an amazing view, particularly at sunset. The staff were helpful and offered useful advice, which i appreciated. The hotel's design clearly showed attention to detail.

loved everything about it!
clean room comfortable bed rooftop bar secure parking
the staff is so kind the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable i got a corner room with a view of the bay the gym has equipment and the rooftop bar and pool area is fine the parking garage is spacious clean and felt secure. the hotel allows dogs which is great they provided dog bowls and a bed and a list of dog friendly places. this thoughtfulness meant a lot. they also provided a lift directly to street level.
the spa had extra charges to use the facilities which i felt was a bit much other than that it was perfect.

the hotel sits atop a hill offering great views and quietness a lift connects you directly to the street below. it provides easy access for exploring the city or heading to the beach it is very convenient.
